overview

This is a group project for our unity class. We are challenged to create a 3D first-person point-of-view walking simulation game in this project. We worked as a group of 4, and we were given 3 weeks to complete this project. ​

In our game “Faded,” players will wake up in a strange place, feeling lost. This is a space where everything is in a weirdly pale white color and a semi-transparent material. Players will be able to proceed by finding the correct triggering objects in each room through hints, and by triggering the designated object, certain memory of the character will be retrieved.

There will be 4 spaces, each representing the different stages of the character. After retrieving the memories from all rooms, the sound of an electrocardiogram will emerge, revealing the fact that:

The main character is an old man in a hospital bed at the end of his time. All the triggering objects and the memories he retrieved are his most cherished moments in the span of his life, and the entire game is the last recall of his life.
